Through positive and sustainable skills development, we empower individuals to overcome past traumas, build resilient lives, and become agents of change within their own communities
Among other objectives, Many potential migrants leave their homes with false promises and dangerous misinformation from unscrupulous brokers. Our Pre-Departure Orientation (PDO) is a mandatory, in-depth training program that empowers individuals before they even consider leaving. We equip them with verifiable facts about migration risks, destination country laws, safe labor practices, and emergency contacts. This proactive measure drastically reduces vulnerability, turning hopeful but unaware migrants into informed and self-aware travelers capable of making safe decisions. When a migrant is informed, they are less likely to become a victim.
