Buba Bertrand is a visionary and inspirational leader deeply committed to fostering community growth. In 2018, he founded the Cameroonian Community in Qatar, and since then, he has been the driving force behind every success achieved within it. Mr. Buba is passionate about grassroots community development and serves as a mentor to many. His significant contributions to the Cameroonian Migrant Workers’ Network and the Global Migrant Workers’ Network eventually led to his selection as one of the few recipients of a prestigious scholarship to study at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

With a background in project management, Mr. Buba has made substantial contributions in this field, particularly through organizing orientation programs and offering training courses for Cameroonians seeking to change careers or start anew. These initiatives serve as his way of giving back to the community.
