Born on October 24 in Kumba, Republic of Cameroon, Philip Tata Nih is an experienced educator, community leader, and migrant rights advocate. He holds a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and currently serves as the Head of the Mathematics Department at Alia National School in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Philip is one of the founding fathers of CAMBAH (Cameroonians in Bahrain), an organization dedicated to supporting and empowering Cameroonian migrant workers in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He has served as the President and is now an advisor to the executive board of the Cameroonian Community in Bahrain, where he continues to play a vital role in fostering unity and advocacy.

Beyond his leadership in the Cameroonian diaspora, Philip is an active member of the Global Migrant Workers Network and is currently serving as a board member and Public Relations Officer of the Cameroon Migrant Network(CMN). His work focuses on migrant welfare, integration, and empowerment, making him a key advocate for the rights and well-being of Cameroonian migrants worldwide.
